Training
Training is held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm at Burgess Hill Rugby Club at the end of Povey's Close.
Senior Teams Summer Training
Summer training 2008 is as follows:
May - Tues & Thurs (7:30pm start) concentrating on Sevens (lots of touch rugby and a bit of football)
June & July- Tues & Thurs (7:30pm start) concentrating primarily on developing fitness
August - Tues & Thurs (7:30pm start) & selective Saturdays at 4pm. You will be fit now so we can concentrate on rugby specific training and our first league game of the new season
BHRFC organised training sessions will not be enough (on their own) to prepare your body for the upcoming season. Please follow the links below to access some websites which contain loads of great information for maintaining and improving your fitness:
