Overview
Children under the age of 14 are unable to create their own user account. The parent/guardian should register with their own details and then apply for the Parent role of their child(ren). A parent/guardian should not register an account with their child's details.

To add a child to your account you can access the club's homepage or Pitchero Club app and apply for the Parent role of their child(ren). Your application will then be moderated by a Webmaster or Team Admin at the club. To do this, follow the steps below.

Apply for the role 'Parent'
Step-by-step guide:

• Go to your Club App
• Click 'My Roles' from the menu
• Tick the 'Parent' role
• Click 'Save'

The application will be moderated by a Webmaster or Team Admin at the club. Once approved please take the following steps:

Adding your child(ren)

• Go to your Club App
• Click 'My Roles' from the menu
• Click 'Manage' parent role
• Add your childs details
• Click 'Save'
