As part of Burgess Hill RFCs continued commitment to inclusion and supporting everyone to enjoy rugby, we are working with George in the new role of Neurodiversity Officer.

George will provide support to our junior and senior coaches, and the Exec Committee. This will include advice on approaches that will support all players and members to access rugby through the club and to thrive here. As a club we are passionate about rugby being for everyone and we’re looking forward to working with George to help us make sure everyone is able to get the most out of playing rugby and being part of our club.
