With Midhurst RFC unable to fill a side against BHRFC this weekend for the league fixture and no other local opposition available, a number of the senior side took on a much tougher opponent - the club house.

The players in the Clean Up Crew were joined by club stalwart Dicky Jackson, and spent the best part of Saturday afternoon in full spring clean mode.

With a deep (deep!) clean of the senior showers as the primary objective, the Clean Up Crew also took on a number of repairs to all the changing rooms storage benches, replaced light fittings, cleaned the gym, installed benches on the veranda, washed all the water bottles, made other repairs and installations and importantly did a thorough de-clutter of changing room one. Changing room one is now a useable space for all ages to use.

A big thank you to all those involved. Some say hard work is its own rewards - those people are wrong, but it has made a big difference to our clubhouse.

As is often the case, when small changes & improvements are combined, they can make big difference.
