Well done to our girls who attended the girls floodlit event on Friday night.
Although below freezing, they played with a smile on their faces and there were some wonderful rugby skills on show.
Special mentions to Neil@BRFC for his patient organisational skills in getting the event on and Gary@BHRFC for his boogie-box mass warm up session (much needed!).
The stars of the show were undoubtedly the three Quin's Ladies (Lucy Heryet, Sophie Stafford and Phoebe Wheaton) who took the time to join us for the games and present the medals afterwards. They were rightly treated like super-stars by the kids and really engaged with each and every one of them post game in the clubhouse, I'm not sure that any of them have ever signed so many signatures on medal ribbons and shirts before!
These ladies are all ones to watch, Lucy is already in the England U20 Squad, and I'm sure it won't be long until Sophie and Phoebe join her.
