Friday saw the U11's travel with 2 teams to play in their first tournament of the season, under the lights at Brighton Rugby club.

The team played some very competitive matches against teams from Brighton, Hove, Haywards Health and Worthing. The following matches were played:

Burgess Hill 1 V Haywards Heath 1
Brighton 1 v Burgess Hill 1

Burgess Hill 2 v Haywards Heath 2
Burgess Hill 2 v Worthing
Burgess Hill 2 v Brighton 2

Burgess Hill showcased their attacking and defensive skills as they made some crunching tackles and looked to take the ball forward and move it wide, showing solid foundations as they start the season playing under the new U11 law variations.

The evening was finished with hotdogs and hot chocolate for all players. A great start to the season and lots of smiles. A big thank you to all players, parents, coaches and supporters.
