Our members are the heartbeat of our club, and everything we do as a club is in service of our members. There are 4 membership options available to be part of Burgess Hill RFC:

1) Social Membership - monthly payment of £10
A great way for non-playing members to support and be part of the club. Social membership includes:

Voting rights at the AGM/ an SGM
Access to international ticket allocations
Access to club promotions and discounts when available
Access to reduced venue hire costs for the clubhouse.

2) Senior playing membership - paid either monthly or once per season
This should be purchased by any members playing for our senior mens teams, senior womens' team or walking rugby team. Senior membership includes:

Voting rights at the AGM/an SGM
Access to international ticket allocations
Use of the club's facilities as agreed for the team they play for
Access to the club strength and conditioning room
Access to selection for their senior team- only paying members are eligible for selection
Access to club promotions and discounts when available
Access to reduced venue hire costs for the clubhouse.

3) Junior playing membership - paid either monthly or once per season
This should be purchased for any Juniors (under 18 years of age) in our U6 - Colts teams. Junior membership includes:

A club shirt, renewed every 2 years included within the membership
Access to coaching and development from RFU qualified coaches, appropriate to their age
Access to rugby activities and events as determined by the club - appropriate to their age
Access to selection for their age grade team- only paying members are eligible for selection
2 junior membership options are available - a non-volunteering membership and a discounted volunteer membership for parents who give at least 10 hours of volunteer time to the club
Access to club promotions and discounts when available.

Financial support is available where needed to support all junior players who wish to play rugby to be members.

4) Tikes and Tacklers members - paid monthly
This should be purchased by all children who attend Tikes and Tacklers training (for 2-5 year olds) on a Sunday morning. Tikes and Tacklers membership includes:

A club shirt, renewed every 2 years included within the membership
Access to coaching and development from RFU qualified coaches, appropriate to their age
Access to rugby activities and events as determined by the club - appropriate to their age
Access to club promotions and discounts when available.

Financial support is available where needed to support all junior players who wish to play rugby to be members.
