We are delighted to announce that the chosen charity for the BHRFC & Potential Personal Training Rugby Rox fitness challenge is the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association.
Motor neurone disease (MND) affects the nerves known as motor neurones. These nerves tell your muscles what to do and are found in the brain and spinal cord. The MND Association help everyone living with and affected by MND access the help and support they need. This is a great charity and one we are super proud to be donating a proportion of ticket sales towards.
Also, after many people asking, we are pleased that we will also be running Junior Rugby Rox event on the 13th July - this will be a toned down version of the adult event, tailored specifically for younger participants. Junior participants will be completing the event solo, so no need to find a partner!
There are two wave times, 2:30pm for 7-10yr olds and 2:45pm for 11-14yr olds and this event is open to all - club members, family, school friends, members of the public etc. Tickets are on sale on our club shop for £10 per child, which include a free drink and medal at the end. Check out our events page for full details.
Tickets for the adult waves are also available and starting to fill up - make sure you book your slot before its too late.
We are also pleased to confirm that @TomGPhotography will be capturing the day for all participants - adults and juniors. Check him out at
