Biography

I am an enthusiastic coach, and firmly believe we must empower players to make decisions based on what is put in front of them in game situations. I put strategies and session plans in place that allows players to make decisions and use creativity. I don’t believe in a one size fits all model, and believe players need to master game management skills in order to adapt situations to their strengths and weaknesses, their opposition’s as well as match officials.
