Rugby for the U8s at BHRFC isn't just about playing the great game; it's about building long-lasting friendships, learning skills such as coordination/confidence/agility and, more importantly, having fun.
In this age group (Aged 7 and 8 - School Year 3), the rugby is mixed gender, non-contact, 6-a-side tag rugby. Training days and tournaments (locally about 8 times per season) are conducted in a safe and inclusive environment.
Training days this season are every Sunday from 3rd Sept 2023 until late May 2024 @ 09.00-10.00.
Mums, Dads, Grannies and Grandads also get to join in the U8s community whilst they watch their little treasures run around as they eat their bacon butties, sip their tea/coffee and contemplate how many washing cycles will be needed to get the mud off the kids kit.
