The following terms and conditions apply to the venue hire of Burgess Hill Rugby Football Club. The cost to hire the venue is £250 (Free to members) plus £100 deposit. The deposit will be returned following inspection by staff to ensure no damage was caused during hire.
Points that may affect your deposit:
- The Car Park is locked up to 30 minutes after the close of an event therefore if any additional call outs are required to release a car a charge of £25 will be removed from the deposit. (Please advise those intending to leave vehicles over night, place them in the overspill car park outside the gate.)
- If used, the kitchen should be left as found.
- Reported abuse towards BHRFC staff – will not be tolerated.
- It is the sole discretion of the club to withhold the deposit as a result of any damage to the club its equipment or surroundings.
Fees:
If you require the bar facilities the charge is £80 for staff.
Catering can be arranged by speaking with the Bar Manager.
Deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after the date of the event.
Important Notes:
- 18th and 21st Birthday parties are by arrangement with the Bar Manager.
- The changing facilities are strictly out of bounds.
- BHRFC hold the right to cancel any event with at least 4 weeks notice.
Decoration:
You may put pictures/banners on the walls but use Blue/White Tack only. If in doubt please speak with the Bar Manager on the night.
